Ingredients
| 2 | ea. | Eggs |
| 2 | ea. | Tomato, slices |
| 2 - 1½ | oz. | Crab Cake Mix, patties |
| 1 | ea. | English muffin |
| 4 | oz. | Tarragon hollandaise |
Preparation
- Toast English muffin
- Patty up two crab cakes and sear on the flat top
- Sear tomato slice
- Stack the tomato and crab cakes on the English muffin
- Place eggs on top of crab cakes
- Gently drizzle hollandaise across the eggs
