Ingredients

2 ea. Eggs
2 ea. Tomato, slices
2 - 1½ oz. Crab Cake Mix, patties
1 ea. English muffin
4 oz. Tarragon hollandaise

Preparation

  1. Toast English muffin
  2. Patty up two crab cakes and sear on the flat top
  3. Sear tomato slice
  4. Stack the tomato and crab cakes on the English muffin
  5. Place eggs on top of crab cakes
  6. Gently drizzle hollandaise across the eggs
