Nutella French Toast

Ingredients
3 | ea. | Broiche Bread, cut out into rounds |
2 | oz. | Nutella |
1 | piece | Bacon |
1/2 | oz. | Maple Syrup |
1 | ea. | Strawberry |
As needed | French Toast Batter |
Preparation
- Dip bread in batter and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Dip bacon in maple syrup, let excess drip off, sear on flat top until caramelized on both sides.
- Smear Nutella on 2 pieces of the bread, stack the 3 pieces with the Nutella free piece on top. Cut out a small wedge from the stack and set aside.
- On a white rectangle plate smear some Nutella slightly on an angle, place the stack on one end of the plate with the wedge near it.
- Place the candied bacon over top of the stack and the strawberry cut in half on opposite end of the plate.
