Nutella French Toast

Ingredients

3 ea. Broiche Bread, cut out into rounds
2 oz. Nutella
1 piece Bacon
1/2 oz. Maple Syrup
1 ea. Strawberry
As needed French Toast Batter

Preparation

  1. Dip bread in batter and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  2. Dip bacon in maple syrup, let excess drip off, sear on flat top until caramelized on both sides.
  3. Smear Nutella on 2 pieces of the bread, stack the 3 pieces with the Nutella free piece on top. Cut out a small wedge from the stack and set aside.
  4. On a white rectangle plate smear some Nutella slightly on an angle, place the stack on one end of the plate with the wedge near it. 
  5. Place the candied bacon over top of the stack and the strawberry cut in half on opposite end of the plate.
