| 2 | oz. | Shaved ham |
| 1 | ea. | Savory bread pudding |
| 4 | oz. | Hollandaise |
| Garnish with chives |
Preparation
- Sear ham and bread pudding on the flat top.
- Stack the ham on the bread pudding.
- Place eggs on top of ham.
- Gently drizzle hollandaise across the eggs.
- Garnish with chives.
