Ingredients

2 ea. Eggs
2 oz. Shaved ham
1 ea. Savory bread pudding
4 oz. Hollandaise
Garnish with chives

Preparation

  1. Sear ham and bread pudding on the flat top.
  2. Stack the ham on the bread pudding.
  3. Place eggs on top of ham.
  4. Gently drizzle hollandaise across the eggs.
  5. Garnish with chives.
