Ingredients

7 ea. Honeydew, large dice
7 ea. Cantaloupe, large dice
7 ea. Pineapple, large dice
4 ea. Strawberries, halves
3 ea. Raspberries, blackberries & blueberries
4 ea. Pear, wedges
4 ea. Oranges, segments
3 ea. Mint
2 tsp. Strawberry puree
1 tsp. Honey

Preparation

  1. Combine all the fruit but the berries in a mixing bowl and toss with honey.
  2. Using a spoon swoosh the puree on the plate.
  3. Gently place the fruit in the bowl as shown in the picture.
  4. Randomly place the berries and wedges.
  5. Garnish with mint.
