Crab Omelet

Ingredients

6 oz. Liquid eggs
1 oz. Mushroom
1 oz. Crab
1 oz. Red onion
1 oz. Bacon, chopped
1 slice White cheddar

Preparation

  1. Sauté mushrooms, onions, crab, and bacon together
  2. Add liquid egg
  3. Melt Cheddar on inside of the omelet
