Ingredients
6 | oz. | Liquid Egg |
1 | oz. | Asparagus |
1 | ea. | Overnight tomatoes, chopped |
1 | oz. | Red Onion |
1 | oz. | Red Bell Pepper |
2 | oz. | Goat Cheese |
2 | oz. | Tomatillo Salsa |
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients except the goat cheese and scramble medium
- Place in frittata pan
- Sprinkle goat cheese and place under the salamander till cheese is goldenish
- Serve with side of tomatillo salsa
