Ingredients
1 | ea. | Pizza dough, grilled on both sides |
2 | oz. | Tarragon pesto |
2 | oz. | Mozzarella cheese |
1 | oz. | Goat cheese |
1 | oz. | Confit tomatoes |
1 | oz. | Roasted leeks |
1 | oz. | Bay shrimp |
½ | oz. | Crab meat |
½ | oz. | Chopped bacon |
Preparation
- On pre-grilled pizza dough, spread pesto and top with mozzarella.
- Sprinkle veggies, seafood and bacon and goat cheese evenly and bake in pizza oven until done.
- Cut and plate on pizza paddle.
