Ingredients

1 ea. Pizza dough, grilled on both sides
2 oz. Tarragon pesto
2 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 oz. Goat cheese
1 oz. Confit tomatoes
1 oz. Roasted leeks
1 oz. Bay shrimp
½ oz. Crab meat
½ oz. Chopped bacon

Preparation

  1. On pre-grilled pizza dough, spread pesto and top with mozzarella.
  2. Sprinkle veggies, seafood and bacon and goat cheese evenly and bake in pizza oven until done.
  3. Cut and plate on pizza paddle.
