Ingredients

7 ea. Wings, brined and par cooked
3 oz. Spicy Cherry BBQ sauce
½ oz. Butter
1 pinch Herbs

Preparation

  1. Deep fry the wings until hot and crispy. 
  2. Heat the BBQ sauce with the butter and toss the wings in the sauce. 
  3. Garnish with herbs.
  4. Plate on Black Jelly Bean.
