Ingredients
7 | ea. | Wings, brined and par cooked |
3 | oz. | Spicy Cherry BBQ sauce |
½ | oz. | Butter |
1 | pinch | Herbs |
Preparation
- Deep fry the wings until hot and crispy.
- Heat the BBQ sauce with the butter and toss the wings in the sauce.
- Garnish with herbs.
- Plate on Black Jelly Bean.
