Ingredients

12 oz. New York Steak
oz. Tomato Jam Butter
1 oz. Frizzled Onions
¼ oz. herbs
¼ oz. blend oil
4 oz. smoked fingerlings
¼ oz. garlic
¼ oz. shallots
1 handful braising greens
dash lemon juice
1 oz. gorgonzola crumbles

Preparation

  1. Grill steak until desired temp.  
  2. Fry frizzled onions for garnish.  
  3. Saute smoked fingerlings until golden, add garlic and shallots.  
  4. Add braising greens and wilt.  
  5. Add lemon juice and season.
  6. Add gorgonzola at the end and immediately put in center of large white plate, steak on top, garnish with tomato jam butter and frizzled onions and herbs
