| ½ | c. | Cooked farro |
| 1½ | oz. | Roasted butternut |
| 1½ | oz. | Grilled red onions |
| 1½ | oz. | Roasted red peppers |
| ½ | oz. | Sliced almonds, toasted |
| 1 | oz. | Baby spinach |
| 1 | oz. | Feta |
| 3 | oz. | Smokey paprika vinaigrette |
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients, garnish with a little more feta.
- Goes in shallow black bowl.
