½ | c. | Cooked farro |
1½ | oz. | Roasted butternut |
1½ | oz. | Grilled red onions |
1½ | oz. | Roasted red peppers |
½ | oz. | Sliced almonds, toasted |
1 | oz. | Baby spinach |
1 | oz. | Feta |
3 | oz. | Smokey paprika vinaigrette |
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients, garnish with a little more feta.
- Goes in shallow black bowl.
