Ingredients

½ c. Cooked farro
oz. Roasted butternut
oz. Grilled red onions
oz. Roasted red peppers
½ oz. Sliced almonds, toasted
1 oz. Baby spinach
1 oz. Feta
3 oz. Smokey paprika vinaigrette

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients, garnish with a little more feta.
  2. Goes in shallow black bowl.
