Ingredients

1 ea. Lamb burger patty (6 oz.)
1 ea. Broiche bun
1 ea. Fried egg
oz. Chimichurri aioli
1 oz. Frizzled onions
½ oz. Baby arugula
1 order Fries
1 ea. Pickle spear

Preparation

  1. Cook burger on grill until desired temperature and top with fried egg.
  2. Toast bun and spread aioli on both sides.
  3. Stack the lamb burger on the bottom bun, topped with the egg, frizzled onions, and arugula and top with top bun.
  4. Deep fry fries until crispy and plate with burger and pickle on a yellow plate.
