Ingredients
| 1 | ea. | Lamb burger patty (6 oz.) |
| 1 | ea. | Broiche bun |
| 1 | ea. | Fried egg |
| 1½ | oz. | Chimichurri aioli |
| 1 | oz. | Frizzled onions |
| ½ | oz. | Baby arugula |
| 1 | order | Fries |
| 1 | ea. | Pickle spear |
Preparation
- Cook burger on grill until desired temperature and top with fried egg.
- Toast bun and spread aioli on both sides.
- Stack the lamb burger on the bottom bun, topped with the egg, frizzled onions, and arugula and top with top bun.
- Deep fry fries until crispy and plate with burger and pickle on a yellow plate.
