Ingredients

3 pcs. Halibut
Seasoned flour
Wet mix
6 oz. French fries
1 ea. Pickle spear
2 ea. Lemon wedge
2 oz. Tartar sauce

Preparation

  1. Dredge halibut in seasoned flour and then in wet mix and deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Fry french fries until crispy and toss with season salt.
  3. Put tartar sauce in a ramekin and plate everything with a pickle spear on a green square.
