Ingredients
3 | pcs. | Halibut |
Seasoned flour | ||
Wet mix | ||
6 | oz. | French fries |
1 | ea. | Pickle spear |
2 | ea. | Lemon wedge |
2 | oz. | Tartar sauce |
Preparation
- Dredge halibut in seasoned flour and then in wet mix and deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Fry french fries until crispy and toss with season salt.
- Put tartar sauce in a ramekin and plate everything with a pickle spear on a green square.
