Ingredients

4 oz. Shred Mix (kale, brussel sprouts, radicchio)
1 oz. Julienned Dates
½ oz. Toasted Sliced Almonds
½ oz. Shaved Pecorino Cheese
2 oz. Spicy Lemon Vinaigrette

Preparation

  1. Toss everything together and plate on a white rectangle reserving some cheese to put on top.
